Marco Antunez ACSM CPT, NSCA CSCS, PTA

Played for Beachside and Greens Farms Academy before going on to play collegiately for Davidson College in North Carolina for four years and a brief stint in Poland after college.

Ten years of experience as a licensed physical therapist, 4 years of experience National Strength and Conditioning Certified Coach certified (CSCS), and American College of Sports Medicine certified personal training entrepreneur with experience strength training and coaching players at NYCFC's first team, second team and academy teams. Previous experience coaching U13 to U18 in the Fort Myers area for the Fort Myers Strikers in Florida from 2009-2013. 

Currently, training individuals and groups from Westchester and Fairfield County academies and clubs on the field and in the gym to improve technical and physical abilities to develop talent. 

 

 

 




 

 

Mauro

Played professionally in Brazil, Portugal, and Greece for 12 years. Coached for Danbury Youth Soccer for 8 years then coached at Beachside Soccer Club as an assistant and head coach for 4 years. Currently, trains players individually and in small groups on the field with focus on technical training, agility/coordination training, and speed/endurance training.

 

 

 



 

 

Sara Florio, Quinnipiac University Alumni-American College of Sports Medicine. Personal Trainer Certified Nutrition Specialist, and Occupational Therapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition.

With a passion for sports nutrition and general health and wellness, empowering clients to take charge of their well-being and achieve their goals. Experience working as a consultant for the NYCFC soccer academy, working with soccer athletes that included the U15-U18 age group. Also higly experienced with individual athletes from multiple soccer academies in the Fairfield County area. The goal is to help young competitors unlock their full potential through tailored dietary strategies

All Soccer Players Welcome! ⚽

Gym/Field Group Sessions:

  • $35 per player for 1 hour (up to 14 players per session)



  • Individual Field Session:

Summer Camp:
Strength / Conditioning & Technical Training

  • $315 for 3 weeks — 9 sessions


  • $390 for 4 weeks — 12 sessions


  • $450 for 5 weeks — 15 sessions


  • Start times are at 5 pm. On Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
  • Monday & Wednesday sessions will include: 1 hour in the gym & the second hour on the field training. Depending on the number of players in each group (up to 12 players per gym session)
  • The studio gym sessions will be held. At 4 Old Mill Road, Redding, CT. 06896
  • Friday sessions Will be on the field (location TBA)
